IT IS a measure of Jeremy Frith's dedication that when island captain Stuart Le Prevost commented at the recent GCB annual meeting 'I think Frithy is going off cricket', everyone got the joke.
Guernsey's own 'Mr Cricket' just simply cannot get enough of the sport... and he is pretty good at it too.
The island squad achieved all they set out to do this summer, winning the ICC European Championship Division Two with five wins out of five and then defeating Division One champions Jersey in the inter-insular.
Unsurprisingly, Frith was at the heart of everything as he claimed another player of the tournament accolade on home soil before being named man of the match that memorable day at Grainville.
