That is what Guernsey under-18 coach Paul Ockleford will be talking to his side about as they prepare for a rare semi-final clash against Gloucestershire in the Mick Parry Trophy tomorrow morning.
The competition, the knockout version of the South West County Championships, has seen Guernsey receive a bye straight to this stage and a home tie to boot, to be played at Northfield.
And after a 6-2 home thrashing to Wiltshire in the FA County Youth Cup recently, Ockleford knows how important the start will be for his charges.
