Slow end to year, but property sales well up
GUERNSEY'S housing market is buoyant but a shortage of properties is leaving buyers frustrated, according to one estate agent.

Adrian Morris, of Morris & Co, was speaking following the release of the latest conveyancing statistics.
Last year, 662 local market houses were sold, which was up from 549 in 2009.
Sales of local market flats decreased slightly from 197 in 2009 to 180 last year.
