HUNDREDS of islanders have had their travel plans disrupted due to the foggy weather conditions over the past two days.
Flights to and from the island were either delayed or cancelled yesterday, which added to a backlog of passengers who were unable to travel on Wednesday because of the same problem.
And deputy airport director Simon Macphail warned that it might continue.
'We are expecting further delays as the forecast is that the weather will not dramatically improve until the cold front moves in tomorrow,' he said yesterday.
