Mr and Mrs T. Thoumine – render front of property at Le Hurel Cottage, Rue du Preel.

B. R. Langlois and Sons – install nine LPG storage tanks, build wall and erect fence on east boundary and extend hedge and bank on north boundary at Whispers, Rue des Goddards.

Ms S. Green and Mr G. Steel – erect single storey extension with first floor terrace, dormer windows with Juliet balconies and rooflight on north-east elevation (rear), install dormer windows and rooflight on south-west elevation (front) and install glazed sliding doors on south-east elevation. Demolish existing workshop and erect new workshop at Ellisfield, Ruette de Fries.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – alterations to existing transformer enclosures, remove section of roadside wall and fencing and create temporary vehicular access and driveway at Electricity Substation, Rue a l'Eau.

Mr and Mrs M. Ryan – variations to previously approved – replace damaged walls to side of dwelling at Blanc Bleu, 4, Rohais de Haut.

Mr and Mrs N. Bougourd – extend dwelling at first floor level and raise ridge height, extend dwelling at rear and install balcony and glazed gable, install windows, patio doors and door at Mombasa, St Andrew's Road.

Mr and Mrs B. McNaught – variations to works previously approved to extend and alter dwelling – omit rear extension, replace dormer windows with rooflights and install two additional rooflights in west elevation and two additional rooflights in east elevation at La Valle, Rue de l'Eglise.

VALE

Mr and Mrs L. Malcic – extend and refurbish existing building to create dwelling. Infill existing gateways, create driveway and parking area and erect earth banks at Courtil Saint Michel Cottage, Route Militaire.

Mr and Mrs R. H. Taylor – demolish existing extension and erect new extension to rear of dwelling, erect conservatory on west elevation and install new windows and doors on south elevation at Pinetops, Les Hougues Peres.

Mr and Mrs E. Gillease – extend and convert existing garage to a dower unit with first floor accommodation with link to main dwelling house, install dormer windows (south-west elevation), install rooflights (north-east elevation), install windows and doors and relocate oil tank at Highview, Rue de Haut.

Dr C. Smith and Ms A. Perrio – extend and alter outbuilding to create separate dwelling, including new higher roof, rooflights and roof terrace and create new vehicular access for existing dwelling at Bella Pais Lodge, Les Prins Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by Site Notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the Site Notice. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the Planning Tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public Tribunal Hearing.
