Mr and Mrs S. Mahy – remove garage door, install window on north elevation and install rooflight at The Palms, Mare es Litres, La Rocquette.

Carterets Developments Ltd – convert and extend existing hotel to create 12 self-contained apartments with roof gardens and terraces and associated car parking area. Create landscaped communal amenity area to rear (east) at Hotel Les Carterets, Rue de la Saline, Cobo.

ST PETER PORT

Propcom Guernsey Ltd – change of use of part of retail store to use class 25 (non-residential educational establishment or training centre) at Checkers Superstore, Elizabeth Avenue.

Mr J. Upham and Ms M. Maass – demolish existing industrial units and erect 12 units of residential accommodation at Uphams Yard, Les Amballes.

Mr and Mrs G. H. Smit – remove chimney on southwest elevation at 28, Vauvert.

Fairscape Homes – install one additional rooflight (side elevation) at Mont Altier, Cordier Hill.

Mr and Mrs C. Digard – erect a semi-detached dwelling, remove existing garage, extend and alter existing dwelling, including front and rear dormer windows. Erect timber fence to rear of property and widen vehicular access to front at Tambara, Le Foulon.

Mr G. Kaye – extend and raise ridge height incorporating dormer windows to create two additional residential apartments at Grove House, Le Bordage.

Hakuna Matata Ltd – alterations to fenestration at Hakuna Matata, Colborne Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Messenger – demolish existing dwelling and erect replacement dwelling (revised proposal) at Cliffe House, Village de Putron.

Mr and Mrs S. Lenfestey – demolish garage and erect extension (side elevation) at Sarnia Cottage, Rue de l'Eglise.

Mr and Mrs M. S. Sullivan – erect garden store extension on existing garage at Brise de Mer, Route de la Lague.

Mr and Mrs T. Johns – erect a summerhouse and relocate existing shed at Segue, Rue des Reines.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs G. Gavey – extend dwelling to the rear (west elevation) at ground and first floor levels (revised) at Old Trafford, Vale Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Fitton – variations to previously approved plans to erect dwelling – remove section of bank to create vehicular access on land adjacent to Wintonia, Les Grandes Capelles Lane.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – relocate electricity network sub-station and install low voltage network equipment, erect chain-link fencing and install gate at The Track, Victoria Avenue.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Dr and Mrs McClymont – erect a barn for agricultural/horticultural use, with attic storage above (revised) at Les Merez Cottage, Rue des Merez.

The heirs of the late Mrs M. R. Tostevin – widen gateway at entrance to meadow from Route des Domaines at Jan Noel, Route des Domaines.

Mr and Mrs B. Ward – demolish existing garage and erect garage/store/garden room, alter vehicle access, install gates and erect walls between house and garage at Frie Baton Lodge, Clos du Fillage, Le Frie Baton Road.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs R. Moore – extend domestic curtilage (revised) at La Croisee, Route de Pleinmont.

Mr A. Holt – erect replacement dwelling (revised) at Clos du Chasseur, Rue de Rougeval.

Pembroke Bay Apartments Ltd – demolish existing rubble roadside wall and erect replacement roadside wall, retaining walls and erect fencing around bin store area at Pembroke Bay Apartments, La Jaonneuse Road, Pembroke.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
