Mr and Mrs N. Lough – replace conservatory with first floor extension to side (north-west) incorporating gable balcony, glazed link and flue on south-west elevation. Install new window at side (north-east), erect garden wall and steps. Erect single storey lean-to extension at front (north-east) with steps at Niaux Grange, Les Niaux, Talbots Valley.

Waves Apart-Hotel Ltd – change of use of function rooms to hotel apartment and owner's accommodation at Vazon Bay Hotel, Vazon Road.

Mr R. A. Broadhead – extend overhang and roof on stable block at Les Fontaines, Rue du Presbytere.

Mr J. Jehan – relocate and install replacement oil tank at Meadow Croft, Route de la Mare, Vazon.

Guernsey Wastewater – replace ventilation shaft plenum on roof of former foul water pumping station on land area at L'Estcainfer, Cobo Coast Road.

Mr and Mrs M. Riddiford – demolish garage and erect pitched roof double garage with glazed gable, to provide garage and hobby room/art studio at Les Ragottieres, Terramar Court, Ruette de la Tour.

Mr T. Queripel and Ms A. Rouse – extend workshop, raise ridge height and convert to a dwelling, install Juliet balconies to front and rear, erect boundary walls and pillars and install gates at Le Petit Mi T'ass, Route de la Hougue du Pommier.

Mr S. Smith – variations to works previously approved, demolish garage and extension and erect two-storey extension, conservatory and extend dwelling at rear – raise the garage roof height to become flush with the main house at 15, Sables d'Or, Les Grandes Rocques.

Mr and Mrs Sarre – erect extensions to front and rear of property at Sarina, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr M. Whyte – install heat pumps and supporting construction at Barn, La Villiaze Lane.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr D. Garnham – demolish lean-to extension and erect replacement (south-west elevation) at No. 2, Havilland Cottages, Havilland.

Mr and Mrs W. Hunter – variations to previously approved works – revised design for conservatory to rear (south) at La Providence, Ville Amphrey.

Public Services Department – install recycling bins at southern end of site, resurface recycling area with tarmac and create boundary earth banks with planting. Install lampposts with mounted CCTV cameras and erect a signpost at the entrance in Le Hurel at Manor Stores complex, Les Camps du Moulin.

Mr J. Etasse – demolish porch, extend dwelling and install patio doors and rooflight (rear elevation) and install windows (side elevations) at Highfield, Jerbourg Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Birtwistle – erect a glazed covered walkway/conservatory on south-east elevation at Gainsborough Lodge, Rue de Gains.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr J. Dawson – install two satellite dishes on east elevation at TheHut.com (Trading) Ltd, Hangar East, Longue Hougue Lane.

Globetik Holdings Ltd – convert retail area to residential accommodation and alterations/refurbishment to flats and erect two-storey staircase block on west elevation at rear at Compact House, Nocq Road.

Mr M. Bessin – extend and alter dwelling and erect an attached double garage at Southern Comfort, Rue Jacques.

Mr S. Smith and Miss J. Phillips – erect extension to side and rear of property, demolish chimneystacks and erect flue at Brookfield, La Route Militaire.

Ms J. Carre – extend and alter dwelling (side elevation) and install rooflights and window (front elevation), (revised) at The Farmhouse, La Mazotte.

Mr and Mrs P. Barton-Wright – demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling (revised) at Zonne Daal, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

Mr P. Munro – erect a store/workshop and brick-pave parking area (revised) at Carn Brea Lodge, Les Barras Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list.

However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port during the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the

applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
