Players up for sale

THE island's best cricketers go on sale this evening.

It is auction night for the inaugural Clydesdale Bank International Guernsey Premier League and the four franchise teams will be bidding for the players they want to represent them during June's T20 bonanza.

'In many ways, despite all the other tournaments now happening around the world, T20 is coming home,' said GCB chief executive Mark Latter (pictured).
