WHEN Amy White was starting to prepare her birth plan she did not envisage delivering her baby on an Aurigny Trislander.

But when the 27-year-old was being transferred from Alderney, her son decided to make an entrance just five minutes into the flight, the airline's first in-flight arrival in its 40-year history.

Mrs White, an Alderney resident who has two other children aged four-and-a-half and three-and-a-half, was due to be induced in two weeks' time because her son was quite small.

He was due on 26 April.
