Watson (pictured) appears on the 'Blood, Sweat and Drama At Club Oceana' show in Southampton on Saturday and the occasion will mark the first time that a Guernsey-based boxer has turned professional for more than 50 years.
There should be plenty of fight fans following the 20-year-old Sarnian and television cameras will also be filming the action when Watson starts his professional career against Salim Salimov over four three-minute rounds.
Bulgarian Salimov is 28 years old but only has five professional fights under his belt, winning two and losing the other three.
