Waitrose opens at Admiral Park

WAITROSE opened its second store in Guernsey today.

Seven islanders queued up outside the Admiral Park shop for the opening at 8am.

It is larger than the Rohais store that opened last month, but the company says it is confident it will have enough custom to sustain both.

The Admiral Park store also has homeware products, including items for cooking and those for baby and children.
