Cameron Hayton made his debut for the club in last year's Siam Cup match at Foote's Lane and his final match in green-and-white will be the return encounter with the old enemy at St Peter, after which he will begin the long journey home to New Zealand as his two-year visa expires this summer.
But what an impact the 25-year-old fullback from Wellington has made. In 22 appearances this season, Hayton has scored 21 tries to help the club gain promotion from London Two South-West as champions and reach their highest level on the national ladder yet.
So how does he rate Guernsey's chances this time around?
'There is no doubting the potential we have got in the team. We have just got to go out and throw caution to the wind,' he said.
