Mr and Mrs M. G. Nicolle – extend and alter premises to side (west elevation) to create unit of self-catering tourist accommodation at Windyridge, The Dunes, Vazon Road.

Mr R. Paisley – remove bay window and door and erect flat roof extension to side (south-west) elevation and erect raised timber decking with stainless steel balustrades (option 2) at La Pointe, La Houguette Road.

Mr D. Winch – extend dwelling with pitched roof over existing single storey extension to rear (west elevation). Install four dormer windows on front (east elevation) and install two dormer/balconies with two link walkways to upper garden and two rooflights on rear (west elevation) at Jolie Chaumiere, Rue du Bigard.

Mr J. Weysom – install underground collector pipes for ground source heat pump at field adjacent to Charlton, La Route de Farras.

Mr and Mrs T. Cook – erect two storey extension at rear (east) at Henley, La Route de Sausmarez.

Mr M. Senner – demolish existing and erect replacement garage/store for ancillary domestic use at garage at Old Mill Road.

R. W. Randall Ltd – install air conditioning unit and two heat pumps on flat roof at rear (west) at Fermain Tavern, Fort Road.

ST PETER'S

Guernsey Wastewater – install underground pumping station with hard surface above, control kiosk, reorientate bus shelter and erect earthbanks and create access track at southern L'Eree car park, Route de la Rocque Poisson, L'Eree.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr and Mrs C. Prigent – install two rooflights at rear of property at Luckington, Vale Road.

Mr and Mrs P. Joy – erect a dwelling at Le Manoir de Haut, Les Effards Road.

Mr M. Brown – replace shed with larger timber shed at side (west) at Cheyne Walk, Basses Capelles.

Mr and Mrs M. Allan – install new window on west elevation and new obscure glazed window on south elevation at Plainfield, Les Portes.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs J. Cathcart – reposition tank and erect a shed at front (east) at Le Tresor, Rue des Tielles.

VALE

Mr and Mrs D. Warr – demolish existing and erect new dwelling at Opal-Tide, Rue des Hougues de Noirmont.

Mr and Mrs I. Power – demolish shed, erect a timber garage to the side (north) of the dwelling and a conservatory to the rear (west). Block up existing vehicular access and create new one at Capella, La Hougue du Valle.

Mr L. G. Bourgaize – remove roadside wall to increase width of vehicle access at Highbury, 5, Les Buissonnets Cottages, La Route du Braye.

Mr and Mrs R. H. Taylor – alter fenestration – infill two windows on side (west) elevation at Pinetops, Les Hougues Peres.

Mr and Mrs M. Trebert – erect single storey pitched roof extension (rear elevation), extend to rear of existing garage, remove garage door and install window and raise height of garage (side elevation) at San Maya, Les Landes Clos, Landes du Marche.

Mr and Mrs S. Clark – remove dormer window and extend rear extension on ground floor and erect pitched roof extension over to form 1.5 storey extension at rear (north-east) with inset balcony and rooflights. Remove steps at front and erect porch. Apply external insulation, remove section of roadside wall and hedge to form new vehicle access at Shamwari, Rue Charruee.

Mr and Mrs M. Best – install two recessed catslide dormer windows with balconies and one rooflight in rear (south) elevation and install two rooflights in front elevation at Palm Lodge, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

Mr and Mrs K. Le Poidevin – demolish existing and erect new dwelling incorporating balcony on east elevation at Peremi, Houmet Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally printed in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
