A STRONG team ethic could be the key if BDO are to finish victorious in the inaugural Guernsey Premier League this month.
Captained by island skipper Stuart Le Prevost and with former England Test bowler James Kirtley in their ranks, they certainly have the firepower to succeed.
But as Le Prevost, who has led Guernsey through their most successful era in recent times, explained, he believes that it could actually be a lack of big names that is of benefit.
'If you look at the other sides in the tournament, they are filled with big names,' he said.
