CASTEL

Mr and Mrs D. J. Moriarty – widen vehicular entrance, rebuild roadside wall and install pillar at Tree Tops, Foulon Road.

Mr and Mrs Le Page – demolish existing extension and conservatory at rear (north east) and erect single storey gable-ended extension with two rooflights at De Beaucamp, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr Saunders and Miss C. Mahy – raise ridge height and install three dormer windows and rooflights (west elevation), five rooflights (east elevation), erect pitched roof over existing garage, demolish existing porch and erect new porch and extend dwelling to rear (west) at Whincroft Cottage, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr J. Holdaway – demolish existing extension and extend and alter dwelling to rear (north elevation). Remove section of roadside wall to widen existing vehicular access at Nicoya, Fosse Andre.

Thompson and Morgan – demolish existing and erect replacement retaining wall to rear of property (west boundary) and create 20ft opening in south boundary wall as temporary site access while works being undertaken at St Clare Court, Brock Road.

High Street Ltd – extend and alter 4/5 floor to create residential unit at roof level with glazed terrace at 1, High Street.

Miss A. Mitchinson – install a satellite dish at rear of building (Protected Building) at 21, Saumarez Street.

Mr and Mrs Shires – erect a sun lounge (rear elevation) at Kerinec, 2, Les Gravees.

Belvedere Ltd – conversion of existing three apartments to one dwelling, demolish existing extensions and erect first floor extensions on south east and north west elevations, erect glazed lean to at rear and install terraces at rear (north east) and to side (south east) with garage below and alter driveway at Belvedere House, Fort George.

Guernsey Police – install five 'Alcohol Free Zone' signs from end July 2011 to end October 2011 at La Vallette.

States Property Services – change of use of existing store to Retail Unit (Use Class 14) at Bus Station Public Convenience Building, The Albany, South Esplanade.

ST PETER'S

Mr and Mrs A. Tautscher – extend decking area, remove part of hedge and erect single storey extension (north elevation) at Jardin de Haut, Rue de l'Eclet.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mrs G. Simpson – replace existing sliding sash windows with upvc top-hung casement windows on front of dwelling (south) at St Thomas, Brock Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Merrien – erect single storey flat roofed extension (rear elevation) at Estrela, Palm Grove, Rue Sauvage.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Cable & Wireless Guernsey Ltd – install two telecommunications cabinets adjacent to existing substation building at Electricity Substation, Grande Rue.

VALE

Mr and Mrs P. Harris – reduce height of boundary wall on north elevation at Le Cendrier, Les Amarreurs Road, Lucksall, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs P. Grove – demolish existing single storey extension and construct two storey extension, install two rooflights and glazed panel to side of property (north elevation) at Arc-En-Ciel, Le Passeur.

Mr and Mrs M. Dorrian – variations to works previously approved – install Cabrio balconies in place of proposed dormer windows (rear), omit roof light (front) and install new gable window on side (north east) elevation at Marais Villa, Rue du Marais.

Mr R. Collas, Mrs M. Hamilton and Mrs M. Parry – alterations to existing dwelling – internal alterations, install rooflights, create terrace and construct wall. Convert and extend existing outbuildings to create two dwellings with terraces and parking areas, and alter driveway (Protected Buildings). Extend and alter outbuildings to consolidate campsite facilities at La Bailloterie, La Bailloterie Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the applications has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
