STRIKE contingency plans are being devised to cope with UK public sector industrial action, Aurigny has said.
Up to 750,000 workers have balloted for a coordinated walkout later this month as part of a stand against Government pension cuts.
Among the areas expected to be affected are schools, job centres, and ports and airports.
Aurigny commercial director Malcolm Coupar said the airline was monitoring the situation. Flybe and Blue Islands have also reassured customers they are keeping an eye on developments.
