CASTEL

Mr and Mrs L. Wallace – demolish existing porch and erect single storey gable ended and flat roof extension at rear (north) with two rooflights in east elevation and two rooflights in west elevation. Install windows in east and west elevations of dwelling. Erect detached garage at rear in north east corner of site at Byron, Longrac.

Andrea Fuller – change of use of recording studio to ancillary residential accommodation and replace two doors on east elevation with windows at Hattons Cottage, Le Vallon.

Mr and Mrs P. Jarrald – demolish existing extension at rear (south) and erect single storey lean-to extension with three rooflights and section of roof glazing. Reduce existing earthbank and ground levels to form terrace at rear at Pont Renier, Rue des Marchez.

ST SAMPSON'S

Guernsey Wastewater – Phase V – construction of inlet works including odour control stack, underground storm storage tanks, associated infrastructure and landscape treatment at Belgrave Pumping Station, Belgrave Access Road, Les Banques.

Mr M. Montgomery – erect shed in existing car parking space to side of property at Flat 3, Cranbrook, Grandes Maisons Road.

Mr C. Linsell – remove section of roadside wall to widen access at Park Villa, Rue des Monts.

Mr and Mrs G. Duddy – erect first floor extension to rear of property and install replacement rooflight on existing flat roof extension at Willow Grange, Route de St Clair.

Mr H. Darby – demolish existing lean-to store and extend guest accommodation (Visitor economy use class 12) (revised) at Les Vallettes, Rue de la Fontaine.

Mr and Mrs D. Lewry – convert existing self catering unit to residential accommodation (use class 1). Raise ridge height to provide habitable accommodation, install three rooflights on west elevation and install dormer window with balcony on east elevation at Waters Edge, La Rue du Crocq.

Mr and Mrs Rimann – convert existing conservatory to sun lounge to side of property (south elevation) at Maison des Reines, Rue du Camp du Douit.

Mr A. G. Dorey – erect garage to east of dwelling (revised) at Mahoose, Le Frie Baton Road.

Beaucette Marina Ltd – construct concrete pad and install 'sailing vessel' for use as a bar/restaurant, install stairs, raised level timber decking and balustrade and lay new concrete pathway and install lighting at Beaucette Yacht Marina, La Lande.

One Tree Investments Ltd – install small portable cabin for use as a bird watching hide (retrospective) at Les Arguilliers Lane.

Poly Real Estates Ltd – replace existing wooden external staircase with steel staircase to rear of property at Le P'Tit But, Rocher Lane.

Mr and Mrs Farmer – create a sunken garden at rear (south) at Le Coudre, Rue d'Aval.

Mr G. Newark – recover roof, demolish and rebuild chimney stacks, replace timber windows and door and remove exterior render to dwelling at La Maison d'Aval, Rue d'Aval.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the applications has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
