HEATHER WATSON'S quest for her first singles win at Wimbledon has been prolonged for another year.

Watson looked in impressive form as she took the first set 6-2 on court three, but midway through the second she required a medical time-out after injuring her right elbow, which was then heavily strapped by the trainer.
