A CABLE & Wireless union representative believed a former colleague felt she had been put in an intolerable situation and could not go on working for the company.
Martyn Priaulx told an employment tribunal hearing that Rosemary Ellis was made to feel like she had 'no other direction to go'.
Miss Ellis (pictured) claims she was constructively dismissed by the telecoms company.
She said her resignation followed a departmental restructure that would have seen her working under line manager, Gareth Fooks, who she said, had bullied her previously.
Mr Fooks and Cable & Wireless deny the claims.
