ST SAVIOUR'S Tavern is for sale again.
Planning permission to convert the former pub into five apartments was granted earlier this year and the owners are inviting offers over £600,000.
The pub closed on 8 September 2007, having been bought by businessman Tom Scott for £285,200 a month earlier.
Known as The Ritz, it was established in 1842 as St Saviour's Hotel.
Corinne Connolly from campaign group Save Tavern and Restore Tradition said they were saddened by the decision. They have been campaigning since its closure to have a pub reinstated.
