Mrs Cataroche – erect an outbuilding (garage and woodstore) at The Ridge, Rue du Tertre.

The Channel Island Co-Operative Society Ltd – erect signage at St Andrew's Garage, Route de St Andrew.

Mr J. D. Vaudin and Mrs K. Vaudin – demolish existing extension and erect new extension (rear elevation) at 1, Les Croutes Cottage, Rue des Croutes.

La Barbarie Hotel Ltd – change of use from tourist self-catering units (Visitor Economy Use Class 12) to guest suites (Visitor Economy Use Class 11) and alterations to ground and first floor fenestration to provide four hotel suites – phase two at La Barbarie, Saints Bay.

Mr M. Vear – variation to works previously approved to demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling – install additional glazing on pitched roof to side of dwelling. M. A. N. Developments Ltd – fell two sycamore trees at new site, Mont Morin.

Mr and Mrs Eon – extend and alter dwelling to rear (revised) at 8, Mont Morin.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd – install four mobile market stalls and two gazebo-style tented structures for market stall use – retrospective – at Oatlands, Le Gigands.

Cable and Wireless Guernsey Ltd – install one new and one replacement telecommunications cabinets (revised position) at La Saline, Grand Douit Road.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs D. Babbe – replace garage door at front with two windows and replace pedestrian door at rear with window at Kalimera, Route des Clos Landais.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
