Mr M. Robinson – replace asbestos roof with insulated sheet panelling at Le Feugre, Ruette de la Tour.

Les Pommiers Ltd – extend driveway walls at entrance, erect pillars and install electrically operated entrance gates at Les Pommiers, Rue du Friquet.

ST ANDREW'S

Mrs Cataroche – erect an outbuilding (garage and woodstore) at The Ridge, Rue du Tertre.

The Channel Island Co-Operative Society Ltd – erect signage at St Andrew's Garage, Route de St Andrew.

ST MARTIN'S

Mr J. D. Vaudin and Mrs K. Vaudin – demolish existing extension and erect new extension (rear elevation) at 1, Les Croutes Cottage, Rue des Croutes.

La Barbarie Hotel Ltd – change of use from tourist self-catering units (Visitor Economy Use Class 12) to guest suites (Visitor Economy Use Class 11) and alterations to ground and first floor fenestration to provide four hotel suites – phase two at La Barbarie, Saints Bay.

Mr M. Vear – variation to works previously approved to demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling – install additional glazing on pitched roof to side of dwelling. Alter design of proposed garage and extend to provide car port and erect log store to side. Temporary retention of existing shed for storage at Churston, Route de Jerbourg.

G. R. Properties Ltd – extend and alter existing building towards rear to create two units of accommodation (protected building) at Villa Celeste, Grange Road.

Manor Place Ltd – change of use from residential (Residential Use Class 2) to an office (Administrative Use Class 22 or 22) (Protected Building) at 1 and 2, Manor Place, Le Marchant Street.

Mr and Mrs Storey – erect sunroom at rear of dwelling (Protected Building) at 3, Choisi, Les Gravees.

Mr P. Henning – erect conservatory to rear of property (north elevation) at Loisaba, Water Lanes.

Mrs M. Teed – extend dwelling at ground floor level on rear elevation and install new window in existing rear extension at Serendipity, Route Isabelle.

Mr P. Lenfestey – demolish existing porch and erect replacement porch at 4, Le Foulon Terrace, Le Foulon.

Mr and Mrs Bridges – demolish existing stable block at rear and erect extension at rear of dwelling with lean-to with two dormer windows and one rooflight in north elevation and two rooflights in south elevation; erect first floor extension at side (south) with one rooflight at front and erect garden room at front at Moulin de Becquet, Rue a l'Eau.

ST SAMPSON'S

M. A. N. Developments Ltd – fell two sycamore trees at new site, Mont Morin.

Mr and Mrs Eon – extend and alter dwelling to rear (revised) at 8, Mont Morin.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd – install four mobile market stalls and two gazebo-style tented structures for market stall use – retrospective – at Oatlands, Le Gigands.

Cable and Wireless Guernsey Ltd – install one new and one replacement telecommunications cabinets (revised position) at La Saline, Grand Douit Road.

ST SAVIOUR'S

Mr and Mrs D. Babbe – replace garage door at front with two windows and replace pedestrian door at rear with window at Kalimera, Route des Clos Landais.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
