Residents disgusted at building firm treatment

LOWLANDS ROAD residents are appalled at the way they have been treated during the development of buildings on their doorstep.

R.G. Falla began building seven houses and nine apartments months ago but since the first day, residents say they have encountered a number of problems including noise, dust and heavy traffic. They also claim that R.G. Falla employees have been parking in their private driveways and awkwardly along the road.

They say nothing has changed since they complained to the company about the problem.

But R.G. Falla managing director Peter Gregory said his company had discussed the works with the site's immediate neighbours and had done its best to minimise the impact.
