CASTEL
Mr and Mrs S. Graham – install timber gates at north and south entrances of property at La Rocque, Rue des Hougues.
Mr and Mrs R. Ridout – erect a sun lounge (west elevation) at L'Etoile du Matin, Rue du Dos d'Ane.
Mr and Mrs A. Mackay – remove existing dormer window and erect porch (east elevation), demolish existing conservatory and erect replacement extension, remove pitched roofs and install flat roofs to existing dormers and balconies (west elevation). Block up existing door (south elevation) at Atlantica, Mares es Litres, La Rocquette.

FOREST
Public Services Department – airport pavements rehabilitation and associated works, installation of airport equipment, drainage and lighting. Provide four temporary compounds for the storage and processing of materials, storage of equipment, ancillary offices and facilities associated with the construction processes including three compounds located outside the airport boundary on land to the south of Rue des Landes (southside compound), to the south-west of La Villiaze Road (northside compound) and to the north of Forest Road and west of the existing water tower and reservoir (water tower compound). Permanently close La Mare Road to the west of the airport perimeter (EIA Application) at Guernsey Airport, Rue des Landes.

Stan Brouard Ltd – amend condition six of P.A. No. FULL/2009/1920 to allow use of part of building for storage and distribution of flowers/plants and greeting cards at Stan Brouard Ltd, Landes du Marche.
Seaside Apartments Ltd – extend apartments at ground and first floor level on north and south elevations at Seaside Apartments, Les Dicqs.
It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.
However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.
Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.
Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined. Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
