People move into first-phase homes at Grand Bouet

PEOPLE have moved into some of the new homes at the Grand Bouet.

And more are due to follow next month.

Guernsey Housing Association chief executive Steve Williams said that the first phase of the redevelopment was completed in July and was now occupied.

'With the second phase, people are being shown around the properties before they commit and people who have signed up are receiving the keys ready to move in next month.'
