Cinema included in new plans for Admiral Park

A CINEMA, restaurants and more offices could be built as part of a £50m. development at Admiral Park.

But the cinema would only go ahead if a company could be found to run it.

The proposed scheme, on the 215,500sq. ft site opposite Waitrose, is almost certainly the last opportunity for a major development within St Peter Port.

Its developers said the site, which includes Sydney Vane House, could provide a massive boost to Guernsey's construction industry and economy as a whole.
