POLICE rushed to the airport yesterday to help airline staff remove a man who was 'misbehaving' on a Flybe flight.
Other passengers on the 10.25am Gatwick service had to endure a two-hour delay because of the drama.
The airline said it operated a zero tolerance policy to any behaviour that could risk the safety of passengers and staff.
Three police cars and a van attended the scene.
The non-local man, believed to be in his 50s, was arrested for disorderly conduct – he was still in custody last night but had not been charged.
