BUS drivers are threatening to go on strike, it has been claimed.
A driver, speaking on condition of anonymity, contacted the Guernsey Press yesterday to say that '100% of the drivers are supportive of walking out'.
He claimed new operator CT Plus had made a number of changes to drivers' conditions of employment and said that staff were balloting to go on strike.
Some of the men are represented by Unite the Union and it is understood that 40 application forms have been collected to sign the rest up.
Unite regional officer Bob Lanning said he was aware of some 'serious problems' between the drivers and the operator.
