Condor's service to UK is 25 years old

ANNIVERSARY mugs and special offers are two of the ways Condor Ferries is celebrating this month's 25th anniversary of passenger services between the Channel Islands and the UK.

Condor Vitesse has also been painted with a 25th anniversary design on its hull.

The first passenger sailing left Weymouth for the Channel Islands on 10 April 1987.

Since then Condor Ferries has carried more than 12m. passengers and more than 2.2m. cars.

Passengers who travelled on yesterday's anniversary sailing received a commemorative mug, along with the chance to win prizes in on-board competitions.
