St Sampson's residents have been getting in the spirit ahead of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
Several houses have been decorated with Union Jacks and stationery shop Beekers has sold out of bunting.
Owner Brian Le Prevost, 69, said he had noticed a real sense of community pride in the build-up to the Jubilee celebrations.
'All of our Jubilee decorations are selling really well,' he said.
'We had bunting on display all around the shop, but we ended up taking it down to sell.'
