Mr M. Gurney – remove section of earth bank and erect a replacement granite retaining wall (front roadside) at Le Vidcocq, Rue des Vallees.

Bodyworks Fitness Centre – install new signage on east and south elevations of building at Newlands Building, Lowlands Industrial Estate, La Route du Braye.

Residents – erect a sign at La Mares Pellees Clos.

Ms S. Ozanne – erect two-storey extension on south elevation and lean-to extension on west elevation, install two rooflights on east and west elevation and remove hedge on south and west boundary, erect timber fencing and block wall at Las Aguilas, Clos de Baugy, Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs T. Martel – demolish conservatory and erect an extension on the east elevation to include a lantern light, alter roof, install glazed gable at first floor, remove

chimney, install two rooflights and a dormer and change window openings – revised scheme – replace hip roof with gable end on first floor extension, replace rooflight

with dormer window (west elevation) and re-roof in slate at Westview, Bunker Hill, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs R. Vermeulen – install entrance gate and erect pillars and infill walls to existing entrance at La Chaumiere, Pleinheaume Road.

Mr and Mrs N. Michel – variations to plans previously approved to create underground garage to north-west of property – enlarge garage basement at Antibes, La Route du Douit.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this might appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port,

between 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
