VAZON Bay Cafe is back in business in its newly-refurbished premises and its customers could not be happier.

Vistas, as it is now called, reopened its doors roughly a year since major work start on the building.

During that time the business has been in portable buildings next door.

There was a queue inside the cafe, bar and bistro yesterday and people were impressed with how it looked and what it had to offer.

Proprietor Nic Percy has been applying for permission to redevelop the cafe for nine years. Environment finally approved the plans last year.
