THE JUNGLE HOUSE, described as one of the few remaining play facilities for parents and children, has closed its doors.
Its tenant has suggested that the business has been forced out of the Oatlands complex.
A statement released by the management of Oatlands Village said that tenants Andy and Belynda Moffatt had given up their licence as of yesterday.
'It is regrettable that this situation has arisen but for reasons of commercial sensitivity and confidentiality, Oatlands management is unable to discuss the details other than to say the conditions of the tenancy agreement have not been complied with,' it said.
'A new tenant will be sought to take over the business and Oatlands management hopes to have someone in place as soon as possible.'
