A TWO-BEDROOM apartment worth £400,000 is the top prize in the island's second property lottery.
Estate agent Cooper Brouard has joined up with developer Comprop to offer one lucky
islander the chance to win one of the new Clifton Heights apartments in Les Canichers, St Peter Port. It has underground parking and shared use of a paved terrace.
All document duty and legal fees would be covered.
The lottery is expected to raise between £180,000 and £190,000 for three local charities - Hope for a Child, Maison de Quetteville and the Friends of Frossard Children's Ward.
