MORE than two-thirds of graduates are now in employment having finished their studies in July last year.

Figures revealed in a survey showed that of 195 graduates contacted between January and February this year, 73% had found work and 66% had returned to the island to get a job.
Finance was the top sector those returning to work in Guernsey went into with 29%, followed by business services at 11% and health with 10%.
Statistics also showed the top three occupational sectors of those working off-island were health at 31%, recreational/cultural at 25% and non-profit sector, which stood at 8%.
Education minister Robert Sillars, pictured, said it was important that the department had a clear understanding of the value of higher education to students it supports.
