The Old Quarter has been unveiled as the first property on the board of the popular trading game, due for release in October.
Taking the place of Old Kent Road, and costing just £60, it is among the board's more affordable locations but, according to Mark Hauser, commercial director of Winning Move UK, which is producing the board under official licence from Hasbro, that does not diminish the achievement.
'The Old Quarter has landed a massive coup by appearing on Old Kent Road. It is one of the most talked about and high profile locations on the board. It's a plum and prestigious spot.'
