'Make douzaine more open and transparent'
A CODE of corporate governance, scrutiny committee and publicising minutes of meetings online are some of the areas St Peter Port Douzaine is now considering.

It is part of steps to improve governance, according to the youngest douzenier and poll topper at the last election, Danielle Sebire, pictured.
The 25-year-old said the parish officials had already made one positive move forward by putting last year's financial statements online so parishioners could see exactly how their rates were being spent without having to visit the office.
She has also confirmed that statements for earlier years would be published online in the near future.
It comes after much unrest in the douzaine following the appointment of Jack Honeybill as the new town centre manager.
The constables apologised last month for delaying the announcement – the decision was originally made last year.
But in her opinion, Miss Sebire said other matters had also resulted in a 'lowering of internal trust'.
