The Department has submitted the application on behalf of CT Plus. A separate one also proposes installing green branding to the bus stop at the airport.
The department's planners recently rejected a retrospective application from national chain Blacks labelling it's sign in the High Street, which has a 60cm orange image of a mountain on a grey background, garish.
