A free supplement with the menus of all the restaurants taking part across the Channel Islands was included in yesterday's Guernsey Press.
Retired nurse Sharda Wiltshire could not wait to see what food was on offer.
'I always look forward to October because of the Tennerfest and I think it is a great idea,' the 69-year-old said.
'It gives you a chance to try different places that I don't normally think of going to or are too expensive. I also think it is very popular with visitors.'
The Tennerfest has been rebranded with a new website this year – tennerfest.com.
