Cobo toilets smashed by vandals
VANDALS have used rocks to smash the toilets at Cobo Bay.

Police are investigating the 'extensive damage' which is believed to have been caused between 4pm and 5.30pm yesterday,
The toilets will remain out of action until they are repaired.
