Chairman Zef Eisenberg said it was hoped work would start within weeks and it should be finished before Christmas.
The £25,000 cost of the equipment and installation is being covered by Bowel Cancer Guernsey.
Charity chairwoman Anne Brouard said it was pleased to get behind the scheme.
'So we wanted to increase activity equipment provision.'
