Heather wins Wimbledon title
GUERNSEY has a Wimbledon champion.

Heather Watson and Finnish partner Henri Kontinen won the mixed doubles title when they beat Robert Farah and Anna-Lena Groenefeld 7-6, (7-5 in the tie-break), 6-4.
They had not played together before this event.
Heather was the fourth British winner of the final day after Andy Murray and wheelchair players Gordon Reid and Jordanne Whiley.
