Pride of Guernsey: 'Generous, caring and puts us first'
A MOTHER who would walk to the ends of the earth for her children has been nominated for the Parent/s of the Year award.
Rosie Jeffreys, 43, is mum to eight-year-old Oliver and six-year-old triplets Millie, Hollie and Emilie.
She was nominated by Oliver for the Christies Group-sponsored accolade.
'My mummy does everything for me and my triplet sisters and still finds time to go to work,' he said.
'My mummy would go to the ends of the earth for anybody, but especially for me and my sisters.
'She combines work with looking after us and takes us to swimming, Cubs, gymnastics, parties, the park, craft events and give us lots of fun things to do make and do.
'Mummy also spares time to help us with the school homework and reading.
'She is generous, caring and always puts us first.'
