La Petit Ecole Nursery kids get to Meet the Pilots
HUNDREDS of people took the opportunity to Meet the Pilots – and a couple of wing walkers – at the ASG Hangar at Guernsey Airport yesterday.

The event has been held annually since 2006 as part of Battle of Britain Week.
Florence Rolleston-Smith, 22, and Emily Guilding, 31, are professional wing walkers with the Breitling team.
Miss Rolleston-Smith, from East Sussex, who now lives at Cirencester, worked as a sales executive until earlier this year.
'I applied for the job online, after seeing the team at Ascot and just waited my turn,' she said.
'Doing your first wing-walk is part of the audition as they need to see that you are comfortable on the aircraft. Once I got used to the speed and height I loved it and got a great adrenalin rush.'
The Breitling Wing Walkers perform in Europe every weekend during the summer and go further afield in winter.
A total of 15 three- and four-year-olds from La Petite Ecole Nursery enjoyed seeing the aircraft.
'We have a lot of children this year who are keen on aircraft and our topic is transport,' said pre-school group room leader Vikki de Jersey. 'This fits in perfectly with tomorrow's visit of The Red Arrows when we'll be having a rooftop picnic with the children and parents at Bosq Lane.'
