Retailers have reported good sales all-round on the December evenings, and this was backed up by the enthusiasm many of the people in St Peter Port had for the nights.
One of the island's newer local retailers, Just Games, said it has been very busy each week.
Owner Stu Lean said it had been good business.
'Last week was insane,' he said. 'Our first week, which was the second week of it being on, was also really busy but last week was only busier – we are expecting a lot of people to come by tonight, we have just had a load of stock in high demand come in.'
Shop assistant Aearon Truffitt also said it had been pretty busy, so they were expecting just as much last night.
Nicola Bruley, with her son Alfie, said it was a fantastic few nights out that they went to year on year.
