A number were damaged at the marina last weekend.
Harbour master Captain Chad Murray has assured boat owners that security at all harbours is regularly appraised.
‘We continue to review security around the harbour,’ said Capt Murray. ‘The incidents at the weekend happened at the only gated harbour and it appears as if the gate was forced open.’
Guernsey Police have confirmed enquiries are ongoing.
The period in question is between 3.30pm on 1 September and 7.30am on 2 September.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Babbe on 725111 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
