Girards in a truly strong relationship
A ‘WHEEL of pain’ will feature at Guernsey’s Strongest on Saturday when men and women compete in an all-day event for the title.

Crowds of at least 100 spectators are expected to gather at KGV for the third annual competition which has been growing in popularity year on year.
Husband and wife Casey and Gail Girard are the defending champions.
They have both helped to organise the event and have competed three years running.
‘It’s a serious sport that is growing in popularity and gaining recognition in the UK at the moment. We would have loved to have been able to compete in this event when we were younger in our twenties.’
