Accident involves three vehicles and cyclist

POLICE and ambulance were called to an accident involving three cars and a cyclist at 5.22 this evening.

The emergency services were called to Queen's Road, St Peter Port, this evening after an accident involving three vehicles and a cyclist. No one was badly hurt.(20042215)

It happened outside the entrance to Beechwood School.

A silver Citroen car travelling up the road collided with another car and the cyclist before crashing head on into a Transit van on the opposite side of the road.

There were no serious injuries, however the woman cyclist and one of the drivers did go to the Emergency Department.

While several witnesses have already come forward, anyone who did witness the incident should call police on 725111 or to contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
