Woodlands, in the Castel, has been on the market since 2009 and originally had an asking price of £16m.
But after a price cut, the open market property was sold by Swoffers for £6.7m.
The house, on Rue des Vallees, near Les Beaucamps, had been on the market for £8m, with another neighbouring house, Herries, being sold for a separate £1m. Both properties were included in the £6.7m sale, which puts them below the most expensive house sales in Guernsey, which surpassed £7m.
Woodlands was last sold in 2002 for £1.65m.
