The new trainee programme offers a number of key benefits – including time off to work on socially responsible projects during the traineeship, plus the choice of a cash bonus or a paid four week sabbatical on successful completion of the training period.

‘Although the programme is not exclusively aimed at upcoming and recent graduates, we expect them to be the main applicants,’ said the firm’s joint chairman Peter Mills.

Candidates who are interested in the programme are invited to drinks and to meet the friendly team at Tinto today between 5 and 7pm.

  • Active Optimus is the combined business that came about in 2018 from the merger of Active Group and Optimus group.
