JESCC operator delivers baby over the phone
A BABY unexpectedly arrived at home to parents Aaron and Marie Le Masurier.

Fortunately they had Joint Emergency Services Control Centre operator Ali Brown to talk them through the birth of their daughter Fleur over the phone. This is only the third time JESCC have been called on to deliver a baby over the phone.
Guernsey Police and JESCC have released a recording of that phone call.
